GamesTM (styled as gamesTM) is a British Multiformat videogames magazine, which covers information for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, GameCube, Xbox, PlayStation 2, Games PC, Game Boy Advance, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS and arcade game machines. The first issue of the magazine was released in December 2002. Since 2008 GamesTM began publishing in Germany, Netherlands and Belgium, each in their language.
The magazine brought news to video and computer games, previews for upcoming games and tests, as well as a part of the retro and background reports. Was moved from the Airmotion games Verlags GmbH, which live, a magazine around also the sister magazine of 360 360, and the PS3M, a magazine for the PlayStation 3 the Xbox and the PlayStation Portable, is out.
The first edition of the book was released on March 5, 2008 (No. 04/08), at that time in monthly appearance. Since early 2009, the magazine on a publication was changed to every two months. games ™ appeared thus now bi-monthly on the first Wednesday of the month and consisted of around 100 pages. The magazine was discontinued with issue 01/2010.
Was editor in Chief Richard Loewenstein, as editor-in-Chief of the 360 Live and the PS3M and since 1983 in the game industry. Senior Editor of the magazine was Sönke Siemens, who previously wrote for the magazines of video games, the PSM2 and kids games. He is also on the weekly multi platform gaming podcast "games and" involved.
Combined with the print magazine, the site was games tm.de. Here the user found news, recent tests, a further part of the retro, a publication list of new games, selected previews and features a media gallery with screenshots and videos, an editorial blog, a forum, and podcasts.
